"Excellent craftsmanship, highly skilled work. I had my broiler replaced and a hot water heater put in by John and I am very pleased with the quality of work. It was 70 year old broiler and I also needed copper piping replaced and John took care of everything down to minor details. I’m in the construction field and I appreciate the reasonable pricing and also the attention to detail that a lot of people really don’t have anymore. "John and his company are the BEST!! Had five contractors assess the job... Mini split system with four units. House was built in 1925 and had challenges like a weird roof line and no air at all...in sweltering August. Hired Ten Point because John took the most time prebid in discussing what I would need, pros and cons, and explaining things to me. It was a big job. He and his team never stopped except to update me or to pet the dog. They honored the estimate even though they ran into some challenges. Did extra work so the interior and exterior looked good. Honestly, best contractor I've ever worked with. I'm two hours outside his regular area and he was still here early. Recommend without reservation. I no longer sweat in the house because of this company. Hope to not move again but if I do, Ten Point Mechanical will be the first contractor I call. They are simply THE BEST!!!!"
