"This is the second time John has done work for me and once again I am not disappointed. I just bought a house and needed a new oil tank since the one I had was very rusty. John gave me great advice and was quick to make all the need repairs. Plus you couldn’t beat the price! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing anything HVAC related."

"John is knowledgeable, very friendly, and committed to doing the job the right way, while accommodating your personal preferences. He installed a new Lennox Elite heat pump. We had 3 companies bid this job, all with comparable heat pumps and Ten Point Mechanical gave us the best price by a significant amount. Definitely recommend contacting Ten Point Mechanical for HVAC needs."

"Moved to a new house with no air conditioning. It was built in 1925 and central air installation was not possible. Scheduled five different Pros. All nice, but John and Ten Point Mechanical were FANTASTIC! Thoroughly explained the idea of a mini-split system. It was a BIG job, needed four units. They worked through unbearable heat, only stopping to pet my dogs or explain what they were doing. Great quality, John took extra care to make sure the aesthetics both inside and out were suitable. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Best experience ever with a contractor! I now live in a new house with air conditioning and feels like we moved to heaven!!"
